The room was spacious, offering an abundance of space. The bathroom included a large bath and a walk-in shower with seating. Staff members demonstrated genuine interest in their guests and gave a five star experience. I appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the premises.
The menu was misleading regarding the inclusion of desserts in the set price. They were charged separately.

plenty of parking made arrival easy and stress-free! i received a free drink each night . my partner and i were upgraded to a suite, wow, it was very fine. there was air conditioning keeping the suite cool and comfortable.
i did notice a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, it's minor though.

i stayed in a suite this time and i found spa facilities fantastic. the bathroom was wonderful with a full bath. the walk in shower also had seating so i could relax even more.
i noticed the heated bench in our room was not working. i contacted reception and the duty manager told me the bench was not heated. i was disappointed by this as the website clearly stated that a heated bench is included.

my 70th birthday celebration unfolded beautifully here , a place my heart holds dear since my daughter's wedding years ago. a surprise party was arranged with my family, and it was amazing from beginning to end. the roast beef dinner was really good, especially the yorkshire pudding created by chef barry. i must commend the attentiveness of the serving staff in the private room my family booked. nothing felt too difficult for them.
the quilt in the big and comfortable bed could have been thicker , but this is just a very tiny detail.

plenty of parking spaces exists near, and the staff greeting was lovely. our room had a great size, with clean bathroom with air conditioning, perfect. the hotel clearly shows its efforts when i mentioned my love's birthday via email. there was free drink each night too, so tender!
There was only one minor issue. The menu description needed a small adjustment, but everything else went very well.
